Chrome is unable to set itself a system default browser

Notes is working as designed.

When set as default browser, Chrome only deals with user default browser settings and leaves system default browser untouched.

To solve it, go to Safari, set Chrome as your default browser. Even if it's already set, click and choose it again from the application list.

Works for me! Hope it helps
